Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING IS FREE WORLDWIDE

We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. 

We use SFexpress, China Post, USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

Please expect 5-6 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 situation) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order, as they might have to prioritize essential items.

Tracking of package

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package it just sometime for it to update itself. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website or 

NOTE: Please check your spam/junk and promotional folder for the shipping email confirmation with tracking. Do contact our support if do not have it.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Broken, faulty or damaged item

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us and send us an image/video of the defect within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
